An opportunity is now available in our marketing team for a creative and commercially minded Graphic Designer on a 12-month contract, with the potential to move into a permanent role.  In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality creative across retail, trade, and digital channels—supporting product launches, campaigns, and in-store execution. You’ll work closely with our lead graphic designer and collaborate with internal teams and agencies.  This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career designer who is confident, capable, hands-on, and eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop point-of-sale materials for independent retailers and national accounts
  • Create packaging artwork across multiple product ranges
  • Develop campaign graphics across print, digital and outdoor media
  • Produce engaging social media content and digital assets
  • Support advertising creative for press, trade media and promotional activity
  • Design retail planograms and in-store display concepts
  • Contribute to branding projects, product launches and new range development
  • Assist in the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns
  • Support internal brand consistency across all touchpoints

Desirable: Assist with videography, short-form content creation and editing for digital platforms

Skills & Experience

  • 1–4 years’ experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital work
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)
  • Good understanding of print production processes
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and layout skills
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of retail environments

Desirable:

  • Experience in packaging design
  • Basic videography and video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar)
  • Experience designing for retail environments or FMCG brands
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency
