Hi Opacity Undercoat (S)
Fleetwood Hi Opacity Undercoat is a solvent-borne basecoat paint with outstanding opacity and obliteration properties. The resulting finish is a smooth, blemish-free base with excellent adhesion for Fleetwood Hi Opacity Satinwood and Gloss paints. Hi Opacity Undercoat is touch-dry in 2-4 hours and ready for recoat in 12-14 hours. Conforming with EU 2010 Directive (Cat A/d) 300g/l, it has a VOC of 296g/l and is suitable for high-traffic internal and external areas.

Fleetwood Hi Opacity Undercoat is a solvent-born basecoat paint that is trade-trusted and recommended for use with Fleetwood Hi Opacity Satinwood and Gloss paints. Designed for interior and exterior use, it goes on smoothly onto wood and metal surfaces thanks to its outstanding flow. It is effective at covering surface blemishes so that they do not show through the top coat.
Using a de-aromatised white spirit carrier and a long oil alkyd resin binder, the paint has a thicker consistency that covers up to 10m²/ltr. Touch-dry in 2-4 hours; it can be recoated after 12-14 hours and is hard dry within 48 hours. Fleetwood Hi Opacity Undercoat has a VOC of 296g/l and conforms with EU 2010 Directive (Cat A/d) 300g/l specifications.

Capacity

- If using airless spray, minimum working pressure on paint of 140kg/cm2 (2000 Ib/sq in) with a spray tip size of 0.38mm to 0.46mm (15 – 18thou) spray tip angle 65°. Filter mesh 60.
